Which goes to show two things:
1) I am not the only one who didn't notice.
2) It's not the tune, it's the loon at the wheel. What a Face

More annoying in Week 13 than in normal weeks, as your latest Q time counts for the whole week at that track.

That Jefferson Reverse course is tough. Braking down in to that long, decreasing radius right hander caught me out a bunch. Doesn't help that I decided to start learning to self-blip my downshifts there. scratch

It changes over to Okayama Short at 8 eastern, so I plan to be out racing then.

Okayama is a track I greatly enjoy, in whatever configuration. Will be joining you! (Albeit, probably in a lower split!)

My testing showed that a Miata consumes 0.105 gallons of fuel per lap around Okayama short. study

For a 25 lap race you can comfortably finish with 3.1 gallons in the car, stock is like 5.2. Save the weight! What a Face

I haven't looked to see what the next click down is, but I don't recommend it unless you want to coast at the end...

Also, I have a text-chat room up for Driversports.org, click the Chat tab from the options menu of the Member's Dashboard and look it up.

Yeah, no way to get to the end on 2.1. 3.2 saves you a few kilos though.

Moved brake balance towards the rear by 5%, did not anticipate how much an impact that would have under braking. Ended up spinning on Lap 1 Turn 1, all the way to the back of the pack, then raced my way up through the field again to finish 2nd. Very Happy Very Happy

My Okayama Short tune. I'm quite happy with it, ran a 1:01.417 (with a bite of draft on the last straight) in qualifying.

I went 2 clicks on the front springs, 1 on the back. .5lb of air in the right rear, and the stiff rear ARB.
